FOREIGN PURCHASES:
Brandon Enterprises welcomes international customers
however we cannot accept payment in foreign currency. All checks, money
orders, bank drafts, wire transfers, cashier's checks, and/or any other
form of payment must be made payable on a U.S. bank in U.S. currency.
WARRANTIES:
All products sold by Brandon Enterprises feature
a 30 day warranty. Some items have additional warranties issued by the manufacturer
which may apply.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our products, Brandon Enterprises
does not issue refunds on the following items: Books, Videos, Computer Software,
Custom-Made Items, Special Orders, Kits, Electronics, and/or Surveillance
Equipment of any kind. All sales on these items are final. Defective products
will be replaced with the same or equivalent model if returned within the
specified warranty period.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS:
While all products sold by Brandon Enterprises
are completely legal, some products are sold only to bonafide Law Enforcement,
Government Agencies, and/or their representatives. Products sold in "kit
form" may be illegal when assembled are are sold strictly for educational
purposes only. It is the responsibility of you, the Buyer (not Brandon
Enterprises) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal
laws in regard to possession and use of any item sold by Brandon Enterprises.
It is the sole responsibility of you, the Buyer, to determine the legality
of those products in your country, state or city. Please determine the legality
of the product you intend to purchase prior to ordering. If there is any
question as to the laws applicable in the area of intended use, please consult
legal counsel for interpretation of local, state and/or federal ordinances.
ALL SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT IS SOLD SUBJECT TO PUBLIC LAW 90-351, TITLE III,
18 USD.,SECTION 2511, ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL ORDINANCES, RULES, REGULATIONS,
ETC.
EXPORT:
Some of the products sold by us are regulated by
the United States Government and may not be exported with prior written
approval from the Department of Commerce (Part 370, Export Administration
Regulations) and/or the Department of State (Title 22, Parts 121-128, ITAR)
and/or other applicable Federal Agencies or Branches. It is the responsibility
of you, the BUYER, (not Brandon Enterprises) to research and obtain such
licensing prior to placing your order with us. These products include, but
are not limited to: Advanced Technology Night-Vision Equipment; High-Level
Scrambling & Encryption Hardware & Software; Firearms & Munitions.
IMPORTATION:
Some of the products sold by us may be restricted
in your home country and could be subject to seizure by your customs. It
is the responsibility of you, the BUYER, (not Brandon Enterprises) to determine
any restrictions that may exist with respect to the equipment that you intend
to purchase. All products are shipped FOB Brandon Enterprises and legal
title, legal responsibility, and legal possession are transferred to the
BUYER immediately upon shipping. Brandon Enterprises will not accept the
return of a product which has been sent back to us by customs due to an
oversight on your part.
LEGAL AGE TO PURCHASE:
Brandon Enterprises does not offer any of the products
that we sell to minors. By placing an order you represent that you are at
least eighteen, (18) years of age and do hereby agree to comply with all
terms and conditions of sale.
LAST, BUT NOT LEAST:
All orders are subject to approval by Brandon
Enterprises who reserves the right to refuse any order.
